Zertid provides a highly configurable framework which rapidly implements Staff and Customer access automation.

Zertid provides User Access Revalidation and Certification capabilities that can be implemented as a stand-alone solution or may be integrated as an add on for your Okta tool.

Audit & Compliance Reports

A number of reports are available out-of-the-box and the Sysintegra team is happy to create (or teach you to create) almost any report that you can reasonably think of – All the power to the hands of your Zertid admin!

Natively Integrated with ServiceNow & ‘Asset Aware’

Identity Management and Governance tools typically integrate with ServiceNow through a limited REST API integration. Zertid, being born in the incredible Now Platform, natively integrates with all ServiceNow features and leverages Asset and User Information to enrich the context of every Identity and every access to the Assets.

Zertid’s Identity workflows may integrate with:

  • Service Level Management – Apply SLA’s on Identity Requests and eliminate red tape even for systems that are not integrated.
  • Governance Risk and Compliance – Configurable Zertid reports plug-in with GRC.
  • Asset Management – The ability to easily reconcile software license entitlements ensures there will be no ‘over-licensing’.

Bulk Onboarding & Automated Access Provisioning

Automated user provisioning is one of the main features of Zertid identity and access management (IAM) solutions. Automated user provisioning is engaged when an employee joins, move to a different department or division, or exits a company. This is known as the joiner/mover/leaver (JML) process.

  • Easily bulk onboard and offboard employees: Create and maintain employees’ user attributes and automatically assign access permissions and user accounts based on predefined roles
  • Streamline user management across applications: Automatically import users from Active Directory (AD), Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP), and other apps. Enable continuous propagation of user profiles to ensure that your systems have the latest updates.
  • Increase security and reduce cost: Zertid’s HR-Driven Identity Management (IM) to prevent former employees from having continued online access, to eliminate the possibility of dormant accounts sitting idle and at risk of being compromised.
